History
Profound Media & Management was founded in 2005 by Paul Flower. Paul has almost twenty years marketing and promotions experience and has worked in press & broadcast journalism for more than twenty five years.
Paul established the first dedicated marketing & pr department in UK concert promoting for MCP (now part of Live Nation) in 1990 instigating many strategies to promote concerts which are still used today. Leaving in 1996 he then spent nine years with the Capital Radio Group developing their highly successful event promotions department, which had a turnover of £1.5 million at the time of his departure.
Paul was instrumental in creating and promoting the Capital Gold Legends CD series which now boasts sales totaling over 3 million copies in the UK and has been exported to Australia and Europe. He has also worked on a freelance basis for the BBC and the Birmingham Evening Mail (Trinity Mirror group).
